We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

6. Returns and Refunds

We reserve the right to replace any flawed work by reprinting and are not liable to provide a refund.

If we judge that a refund is warranted we will credit your account.

If we propose a replacement, you must accept it unless you can demonstrate a valid reason for refusal.

All defective work must be returned to us prior to any replacement. If printed material is not available, we will assume it has been accepted and no replacement will be offered.

Refunds will take 3 -4 days.

If a job is cancelled any expenses incurred for work completed up to the point of written cancellation will be charged and deducted prior to any refunds. If the order has not been paid for, an invoice for the relevant amount will be issued and sent to the party responsible.
